Denmark High School now has a Robotics Team! We have a team of students that meet twice a week before and after school to design, build, and program a robot. Since this is the first year DHS has had a robotics team, this is our building year. We are focusing on building our basic skills so that next year, we can enter our robots into competitions around the state of Wisconsin.
We are using the VEX Robotics platform as the basis for our challenges and competitions. VEX Robotics strives to develop the students' skills in engineering, programming, problem solving, and teamwork. We hope that the skills the students learn while participating in Robotics will help them in their future careers and life experiences.
If you have any questions about the DHS Robotics Team, please feel free to contact Mr. Gossens or Mr. Mickelson.
